Club to Hold Extraordinary General MeetingThe Club will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on May 29, from 7:30 pm, for a vote on amendments to the Club's Articles of Association.
The three proposed amendments include reducing the maximum number of governors on the Board from 18 to 14.
Ahead of the EGM, governors will be available to answer questions on April 4 and April 25, from 6 p.m. in the Winter Garden.

Membership Exceeds 3,700The number of Club Members has surpassed 3,700 for the first time since the 2008 global financial crisis.
"Exceeding 3,700 Members is a milestone that puts the effects of the global financial crisis firmly in the past," says Club President John Durkin. "I look forward to continuing to build our community and a prosperous future."
Member Access UpgradesAs part of an ongoing effort by the Board of Governors to protect Member privilege and value, the Membership card reader at the entrance of Traders’ Bar will be activated on May 1.
This measure follows other card reader activations and reminders to Members to sign in guests in the guest books at Member Services and Guest Services.
Reciprocal Club SurveyThe Club is reviewing its network of reciprocal clubs and is inviting Members to complete a short survey.
Club Price Listings and Consumption TaxPrices displayed at the Club no longer include consumption tax.
All items are exclusive of 8 percent consumption tax.
