Students improve core strength, strengthen lower body muscles through step exercises and burn fat in this non-stop aerobic exercise class.

Who will teach this class?

Keiko Hamazaki is a black belt in karate who trains students at gyms across Tokyo.

 

  • Wednesday: 10–11am
