What will I learn in this class?

Started in 2015 and now being taught in more than 60 countries, Salsation uses the rhythms and moves of salsa and other dance styles to give the body a full cardio and muscle-toning workout.

What are the benefits of this class?
Salsation improves overall strength and flexibility, increases the body’s range of motion and gives your dance skills a boost, too.

Who will teach this class?

Maria Zuykova is a certified instructor in Salsation, professional jazz dance, modern dance and Latin dance fitness.
